The reflection on the internship in PCNE

After the internship at PCNE, it's time to reflect on myself.

1. My engagement at PCNE
I was working at the Marketing Department in PCNE. My routine works are:

• Editing and uploading TV programmes on the website of Phoenix CNE via FTP server
• Managing official social media of Phoenix CNE, i.e. Facebook and Sina Weibo
• Making the subtitile for a talk show at PCNE
• Making the new TV programme timetable and adjusting the recording time of TV programmes every month.
• Plane events and the slogan for 'Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant' European region. 
• Did marketing research of the potential audience for PCNE TV Station

2. What I learnt at PCNE
First of all, I practiced my professional skills such as editing videos and making subtitles. Secondly, I learnt how to do marketing research and online survey efficiently.Thirdly, I became more careful and strict to time. Last but not least, I always reflect on myself after the internship at PCNE.
